Uses: Sodium Cocoyl Hydroxyethyl Sulfonate is mainly used in the production of synthetic detergents as a mild, high foaming personal washing product. However, in the last few years, it has gradually started to be used in the production of other products as well, mainly in the production of hybrid soaps (mixtures of synthetics and soaps). Due to its extremely mild and efficient properties, it is used as a self-emulsifier in facial cleansers. It has low irritation, fine and rich foam, and the skin is soft, smooth and silky after washing. It is widely used in the production of soaps, shower gels, facial cleansers, foaming face washes and bathing liquids and other daily-use chemical products.

Properties:

Its formula can remain stable for a long time at room temperature where pH is close to neutral, but it will be gradually hydrolyzed at high temperature.

◆ Capable of complete biodegradation, based on the fatty acids found in natural coconut oil, it does not produce by-products that are harmful to the environment in terms of human health.

Applications:

◆ Shower gel: Adjust the pH value of bathing product ratios, significantly improve the dryness of the skin after washing soap products, with moisturizing, soft feeling. 

Compared with other surfactants, it is easy to rinse clean.

◆ Shampoo products: can effectively reduce the amount of AES residue in the hair, to avoid dandruff, hair loss scalp.

◆ Soaps: Mixed with other fillers, pigments, flavors or soap bases, it can prepare a variety of moisturizing soaps.

◆ Other applications: the development of other gentle surface active products.
